Schuylkill Gallery Opens

smARTS is happy to announce that council member Jocelyn Upshur-Greenberg has opened Schuylkill Gallery, Sherman Mills newest exhibition space. Schuylkill Gallery hosts its first show, Land of My Ancestors: A solo photographic exhibition by Darcy Padilla. Darcy Padilla is a San Francisco based photographer. The show includes 30 works of Cuba, Mexico, and Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota.

Crafts for Living is a non profit organization focusing on American Crafts and Craft artists. The Gallery and the Workshop, located in building 29, are lively venues of activity with monthly exhibits, classes, workshops and other activities.
