Class: Intro to Marbles
Instructor: Jordan Smith
Level: Beginner to Intermediate
Price: $100 + $25 material fee
Time: 10am - 2pm
Date: February 27, 2016

Jordan Smith, a professional scientific glassblower, currently involved in
manufacturing custom laboratory equipment for the research industry, spends
his time outside of work experimenting with new glass techniques. He
currently resides in Philadelphia after completing a degree in scientific
glass technology at Salem Community College; the only institution offering a
degree in scientific glassblowing in the United States. Jordan first
encountered glassblowing in early 2006 and has never put the torch down
since. He is currently the on-hand scientific glassblower at Brooklyn Glass
and the chair of the Delaware Valley American Scientific Glassblowers
Society.
