It is a little early to say with certainty exactly what will be included in Volume Five, but prior Volumes of Cryptosystems Journal included many worthwhile DOS programs, and it is time that these are enhanced and converted into Windows programs, using Borland's wonderful Delphi compiler.
While the parallel-port interface for the RANGER Device was a great design choice because of its speed, we plan to develop a serial-port (RS-232) version of the RANGER Device. There are some environments where the serial-port may provide a better interface.
We will continue to focus on the constitutional, social, political, and legal context of cryptography. Volume Five will also continue to provide many relevant book reviews. We will also continue our investigation of many interesting mathematical computer graphics. Plus much more!
