This is for Robert DuGrenier, the person/company I wrote about on August 27
2012 who makes the hermit crab shells out of glass.

Glassblower Needed (Townshend, Vermont)

 

Experienced Glassblower/craftsperson needed for multi-faceted
Art/Design/Sculpture Studio in southern Vermont. Glass
blowing/casting/slumping and cold-working experience required (Three Years)
plus extensive knowledge of materials and production methods for glass,
plaster, wood, metal and stone. 

 

The ability to perform basic equipment maintenance and repairs is required.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, possess good
organizational skills, the ability to manage a varied workload, and good
people skills.

 

Knowledge of computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheet
and database management along with Adobe Creative Suites is preferred. The
studio offers the opportunity to make your own work.

 

Salary will be based on skill. Benefits available.
