A little bit of this, a little bit of that: Dual beer glass keeps liquids
separated in two chambers until you're ready to drink
Matthew Cummings, a glassblower based in Louisville, Kentucky, has invented
the pint glass that offers the best of both worlds.
The handmade Dual Beer Glass has two chambers separated by a glass barrier
that keeps the two liquids separated until sipped.
The specialty glass was the first product released by Mr. Cummings' company

Pretentious Beer Glass Company, which has an Etsy store.
Mr. Cummings came up with the idea after a bartender incorrectly poured him
a Half and Half, a drink which mixes pale ale with stout.
'This glass is not just the solution to the problem of using a jig to
properly pour those types of beers, but it allows you to mix any two beers,
even ones that have similar viscosities,' Mr. Cummings wrote.
He also points out that beer fans will be able to smell the bouquet of both
beers simultaneously, instead of the smell of what settles on top when
mixed.
While the single glass is currently sold out on Etsy, you can still buy the
glasses in a pack of four for $125.
The Pretentious Beer Glass Company sells several other glasses which are
custom-built to highlight every kind of beer.
A glass shaped like stacked bubbles is designed for porters and stouts while
a tall, slightly crumpled, glass is made to showcase light beers.

consuming different brews. The glass on the left is for stouts and porters
while the glass on the right is for subtle, light beers Custom designed:
