Watching the video it seems like there are only a few steps, personally I
like step #2 the best.

 

1.      Select beer with enamel label

2.      Drink beer from Bottle

3.      Cut top section of bottle off

4.      Make collar on blowpipe

5.      Pickup Bottle on blowpipe

6.      Inflate bottle, jack top and bottom closed (cutting off old bottom
of bottle)
