Ciao Everybody!

 

I'm in Venice, Italy, preparing for an exhibition of my sand cast Glass
sculpture in a gallery here with Italian painter Armando Bozzola,  which
opens December 3.  I am excited and honored that they would want my Glass
here since they have an abundance of their own Murano Glass.  They don't do
sand casting here, and seem to be curious about my technique.

 

Yes, the workshop announcement is quite late.  First, my computer crashed,
which took about a month to remedy since I didn't have back-up and lost
everything.  Lesson learned: BACK-UP!   And I've been consumed with getting
my work and myself to Venice for the exhibition.

 

GLASSBLOWING WORKSHOP SCHEDULE:  December 10-11 & December 17-18.   Sand
casting will happen in the spring.

 

Any of you who have taken my glassblowing workshops know that you leave my
studio with some fairly decent pieces that can make great holiday gifts.  If
you choose to make vessels you will make a minimum of 5 pieces.  If you want
to make ornaments, which doesn't take nearly as much time as making vessels,
a minimum of 10, probably more, is possible. 

 

Privates can be arranged between December 12 thru 21.  Sand casting will
happen in the spring.

 

You are all invited to my opening December 3, at Gallery Veniceinabottle,
via Garibaldi, Castello 1794, Venice Italy

editing tools were lost and I have to do an entirely new one.  You can still
see all my work at the website and a detailed description of the workshops,
